Silver Coast Company is proud to offer free shipping on all purchases. Tracking numbers will be provided for you to track and coordinate your items after they have shipped from our warehouse. There are multiple shipment options depending on the product that is purchased.
Free with all purchases is, no charge, up to the driveway delivery with appointment notification and liftgate service
For the appointment notification they will call you once it arrives in your local terminal in your area to schedule an appointment date of your choice.
The liftgate service allows the driver ease of unloading the items and the capability of getting your order up a flat paved driveway and as close to the home as possible.
Premium White Glove:
Available with most purchases is White Glove in home delivery with the options of setup and debris removal.
White Glove in home delivery will be available as an option at checkout on specified products with an additional charge to upgrade your free curbside delivery to an in home delivery.
Please allow a few extra weeks for this option as it does add time to the delivery estimate for in home deliveries.
All deliveries are by appointment only and generally deliver Monday-Friday between 10 and 6 pm.
We want your delivery to go as perfectly as you do.
We recommend picking a date for delivery that you have an extra person to help with receiving as some of the pieces are heavy and need proper inspection. Please allow yourself additional time to thoroughly inspect all items for any issues such as missing pieces or visible damage. All our items are packaged very well but in the rare case of damage the delivery needs to be properly noted with the driver present. If damage has occurred during shipping, please contact us at 800-932-9103 before signing the delivery receipt so we can assist in resolving the matter. The delivery company is required to give you adequate time to fully inspect and notate any and all damage. If the POD (Proof of Delivery) is signed before damage is properly notated, the shipping company will be released of all responsibility eliminating compensation for repairs or replacements. The above guidelines are detrimental to a successful delivery and we appreciate your support. If you are unable to reach us at time of delivery and an issue has occurred please notate the issues and accept the freight. Be specific when noting the issue on the POD and do not refuse the freight as refused freight falls under return policies and can carry storage charges and additional fees for the seller and purchaser. If you refuse an order you can be subject to a 25 percent restock fee and $110 dollar freight refusal fee.
Damage is rare and in the case of noted damage Silver Coast Company will fix or repair the issues at no cost to you. Most of the time damage is minor and repairable in which we will pay for a certified professional to repair the issue. If the item is unrepairable we will replace the piece.
We take strong care to properly package and choose the best shipping lanes to dramatically reduce delivery issues so once again, buy with confidence.
