  The wooden frame parts, springs, padding and filling materials are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for the useful life-of-the-piece, based on reasonable use. The manufacture will, at its option, repair the defect or replace the part that is defective.
  
  Limited One Year Warranty:
  All seat/back cushion cores are covered by a one year limited warranty.
  
  5-Year Limited Warranty:
  The reclining mechanism and swivel/tilt mechanism are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for five years from original purchase date, based on reasonable use. The manufacture will, at its option, repair the part or replace the part or mechanism that is defective.
